The Ariel pod is a soluble capsule with three compartments with 3 types of liquid detergents which keeps the ingredients separate in a pod until it reaches the machine and the capsule dissolves automatically in water during the wash process.
Ariel Matic 3 in 1 pod is a Made in Japan product. On Amazon pantry, it is provided in a pack of 18 pods and a pack of 32 pods.
Ariel 3 in 1 Pod – How To Use
1 Ariel pod = 1 machine wash. No need to peel, cut or bite the detergent pod, just place the pod in an empty washing machine drum before adding clothes. The soluble capsule will automatically dissolve in the water during the wash process. The Ariel pod need to be handled with dry hands and it should be always stored in the provided seal pack inside the plastic tub. A single multicoloured Ariel pod should be used for normal laundry loads and 2 pods for heavy laundry loads in the top and front load automatic washing machine. The Ariel pods are not recommended for manual wash or pre-wash.

In December 2020, I placed an Amazon pantry order for 3 pantry items. Those 3 pantry items were Ariel Matic 3 in 1 pod – pack of 18, Stayfree secure regular pads – pack of 20 and Amazon brand Vedaka puffed rice – 200 gms. I had paid Rs.511/- for this pantry order which was including tax and Rs.26/- shipping charge.
The Ariel Matic 3 in 1 pod liquid detergent MRP printed on the Tub’s label was Rs.432/-. The Amazon pantry price which I had paid for Ariel pods was Rs.399/-. So through Amazon pantry, I had savings of Rs.33/- on the purchase of Ariel 3 in 1 pod pack of 18.
The Ariel pods are also available in a pack of 32 pods with an Amazon pantry price of Rs.633/-.

In this Amazon pantry product review of Ariel Matic 3 in 1 pod liquid detergent, I want to say that the Amazon pantry order was delivered within 4 days of order in good condition and with safe packaging. I did a cash-on-delivery payment for this Amazon pantry order.
The Ariel Matic 3 in 1 pod liquid detergent pack of 18 pods which was ordered through Amazon pantry helped in savings of Rs.33/-. Ariel is a leading brand in laundry detergent in India and for me, getting a new product for an offer price of Rs.399/- was a value-for-money deal.
The Ariel Matic 3 in 1 pod soluble capsule is very easy to use and it dissolves easily in water and leaves no residues on clothes. The Ariel pod should be kept in an empty machine drum before adding clothes. A pod is designed to offer the best cleaning in both the Top load and front-load automatic washing machine. I liked its unique capsule design with 3 compartments that keep ingredients separate until it reaches the machine tub.
The Ariel 3 in 1 pod washes clothes effectively and white laundry brightens up in 1 wash. I have not tried to remove any stains, so cannot confirm if it removes stains easily or not. A pod releases superior fragrance into the laundry during the wash process but the fragrance does not stay on the clothes for long. It does the washing job well in my Whirpool top load fully automatic washing machine. I have used 2 pods for a full load of laundry which was not heavily soiled. The laundry feels clean and fresh because of the fresh fragrance. In comparison with the given price, I was surely expecting a strong fragrance like Comfort fabric conditioner which stays on the dried clothes for a longer period, but I was disappointed with the result. The Ariel pods are very costly compared to the various branded liquid detergents which are available in the market. The high price is because of the new and unique soluble 3 in 1 capsule technology which is easy to use but provides only 18 washes for Rs.399/- or only 9 heavy load washes. It is an upgraded and new detergent technology and can be used by the ones who can afford it.
I will recommend Ariel Matic 3 in 1 pod liquid detergent to those who can afford and want to try this new Japanese technology to upgrade their laundry washing experience. In my opinion, ordering monthly groceries through the Amazon pantry is the best way to do savings and avoid frequent trips to the market.
