This order with 2 Isha life products was delivered within 8 days, in good packaging and in good condition. The delivered Isha Life products appeared not to have any damage or defect. A genuine 5mm Pancha Mukhi rudraksha mala and copper snake ring were delivered by Isha Life. An authenticity certificate was not provided along with the Panch Mukhi rudraksha mala. For the 5 mm Pancha Mukhi rudraksha mala, I paid the price of Rs.2500/-. On Isha Life, Pancha Mukhi Rudraksha mala are available from Rs.300/- onwards. I wanted to wear mala with the smallest-sized beads so I preferred to order a 5 mm size rudraksha mala.

How To Condition Pancha Mukhi Rudraksha Mala?

Isha Life Pancha Mukhi rudraksha mala requires conditioning. A new rudraksha mala has to be conditioned before wearing it for the first time and then it needs conditioning every six months. ‘Conditioning’ means every rudraksha needs maintenance for long life. It needs to be treated with ghee and milk to maintain the moisture and oiliness of the beads. This process enhances rudraksha beads life and efficiency. Rudraksha beads conditioning is 3 steps process.

1st Step – Take a ceramic bowl, use pure cow ghee and fill the bowl with 3/4th of pure ghee. Deep rudraksha mala completely in the ghee.  Keep this mala covered in the ghee for 24 hours.

2nd Step – Take another ceramic bowl, use raw full-fat cow milk and fill the bowl with 3/4th of the raw milk. Remove rudraksha mala from the ghee bowl and deep it completely in the milk. Keep this mala covered completely in the milk for around 24 hours.

Tip – Use this remaining ghee to light puja diya. Do not use it for the purpose of cooking.

3rd Step – After 24 hours remove the mala from the milk and wipe thoroughly. Actually, after 24 hours raw milk turns into curd. For a mess-free cleaning process, first, use tissue paper to wipe the ghee and curd from the mala. Use a dry cotton cloth to thoroughly clean every rudraksha bead. Do not use soap to clean the ghee from the mala. Use normal tap water to clean the ghee from the mala. Once the mala is wiped clean you can wear it daily. 

Tip – Condition rudraksha mala every six months by following the same steps every time.

Isha Pancha Mukhi Rudraksha Mala – Do’s & Don’ts

Do’s – Men, women and children can wear this Pancha Mukhi mala. Choose mala according to your budget and the size of beads you will prefer to wear. Wear it daily, women can wear it even during menstrual cycles. Condition rudraksha mala before wearing it for the first time and then every six months. Wash Rudraksha mala every day with normal tap water. Wipe it dry, energise it and wear it with a complete sense of devotion. Panch Mukhi rudraksha can be cast in gold or silver chain. If one chooses to do so, extreme care should be taken when fashioning rudraksha in this manner, as damage may occur through improper handling.

Dont’s – Do not wash rudraksha mala with hot water and soap. This will result in the cracking of rudraksha beads. The Rudraksha beads are woven in pure silk thread. So, handle this mala gently and with proper care. Do not place rudraksha mala in metal containers. Do not avoid the conditioning process. As it is compulsory to keep the beads strong and healthy. Remember that a rudraksha bead is a live fruit, it needs proper maintenance because it constantly works on the body heat, excess body heat may result in the cracking of this bead, so it is better that these beads get proper moisture and oil through the conditioning process. Do not wear cracked rudraksha beads as they reflect bad energy. Do not allow anyone else to wear your rudraksha mala and it becomes one with your aura and works on your aura. Wearing by another person will disturb its energy patterns.

How To Energise Rudraksha Mala daily?

Here, is how I energise my 5mm Pancha Mukhi rudraksha mala. I remove it before taking bath. As I take a hot water bath and I use soap. I wash it separately under a running water tap. Wipe it dry and keep it aside until I finish taking bath. Before wearing it, I use ‘Isha Vibhuti’ the sacred ash to smear it. I hold it on the Agarbatti dhup and rotate it clockwise a few times from all sides. I chant the ‘guru mantra’ while doing this process. This helps the rudraksha mala to absorb good energies and remain powerful and pure. I energise my mala every day like this, I wear it and start with the puja and sadhana.

What To Do If Rudraksha Bead Gets Cracked?

If hot water and soap are used to clean the rudraksha mala, there is a chance that the beads will crack.  Do not wear cracked rudraksha beads. Any cracked rudraksha bead must be removed from the mala immediately. The same mala can be continued to be worn with the remaining good rudraksha beads. An adult should wear a rudraksha mala minimum with 84 beads plus the ‘Bindu’. ‘Bindu’ is the first bead where the knot is tied in the rudraksha mala. So, my 5 mm mala has 152 beads, if the beads are cracked, I will remove them and I can keep using this mala until 85 beads are remaining.

In this honest review of Isha Life Pancha Mukhi rudraksha mala, I want to present my review through the following points – Isha Life offers to deliver a consecrated and carefully selected Pancha Mukhi rudraksha mala on the doorstep, it is a great effort and I appreciate that from the bottom of my heart.  I appreciate Sadguruji’s devotion towards a sadhak, that he has designed and consecrated this mala with his divine and powerful blessings, which will help progress a sadhak on all levels of human life. 

I experienced a deep transformation within me after completing the Isha Inner Engineering Online Course – Part 1. Now, I have registered for the Inner Engineering Online completion course, which is an initiation process into the powerful Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya. I have decided to practice yoga and meditation practices offered by Isha Yoga. To get support in the daily sadhana and for steady progress, Sadguruji suggests taking the help of the consecrated tools which are designed and consecrated by him. One of them is the Panch Mukhi Rudraksha mala. I preferred to wear rudraksha beads of the smallest size. Cheaper options were available but I choose the 5 mm beads mala. I do not mind paying Rs.2500/- for a Pancha  Mukhi rudraksha mala, as it offers loads of benefits.  I found the size of the rudraksha beads as per my expectations. The mala is lightweight and comfortable to wear throughout the day and even while sleeping. I am happy with its make, length and bead size.

I wear it every day, even while sleeping, even during periods. I wash it, wipe it, energise it and wear it daily after taking bath.  It is woven in a pure silk thread, it is delicate so I take care that it is handled gently and carefully. I have conditioned the new mala before wearing it for the first time and I will condition it every six months. These 5 mm beads are very small, so the rudraksha mala is delicate and it easily hides under the clothing. It easily hides under the high coverage neck dresses. In the case of low-coverage neck dresses, you will need to hide mala using your long hair. That’s the way I wear it under all my dresses.  In my personal opinion, there is absolutely no need to wear rudraksha mala above the clothing, with the intention of showing off to people. That is not needed. A rudraksha mala should remain in close contact with the skin, all the time to work its magic, on the body, mind and aura. That is the way I prefer to wear it. 

There was a Rudraksha Diksha live initiation program which was conducted by Sadguruji on 3/1/2022. It was streamed live on Isha’s Youtube channel. I attended this live invitation program, that time this Panchamukhi rudraksha mala was with me, so I energised this mala, through this live initiation, following the guidance of Sadguruji. It was a divine experience, which included chanting the ‘Yog Yog Yogeshwaraya’ mantra and divine meditation practice. This program was specially conducted for the recipients of free consecrated rudraksha diksha 2021. 

Now mentioning the Pancha Mukhi rudraksha mala effects on me, I want to say that the Pacha Mukhi rudraksha beads are genuine and they are consecrated by Sadguruji. This Pancha Mukhi rudraksha mala carries the blessings and divine power of Sadguruji. I strongly believe in the powers of the consecrated rudraksha mala. I have been wearing this rudraksha mala for the last 1 month. I feel that I do my yoga and meditation practices with much more involvement and devotion. I start my meditation practices at 4.30 am every morning. Now my practices are more regular, I avoid skipping them. I am more focused on living a healthy lifestyle.
