I paid Rs.84/- for the shipping charges and I had also ordered 2 packs of Thaai Mann in this order.

Preparing a Sanjeevini drink is very easy. Take hot water in a cup and add 2 tablespoons of Sanjeevini powder to the water. Stir well and drink. If you feel that the drink is too light then add one more tablespoon of powder to the drink. If you want you can add extra sugar to the drink. For a richer taste, add milk, coconut milk or grated coconut. This instant drink can be served hot and cold.

My regular diet includes boiled rice and wheat chapatis.
