I did 3 days of the Isha Pancha Bhuta Kriya Online Program with Sadguruji during Mahashivratri 2022. During the 3 days online program, I learnt about Isha Pancha Bhuta Kriya practice, Sadguruji offered live initiation of this divine practice and on the Mahashivratri day, I witnessed live Pancha Bhuta activation practice performed at the divine and powerful Dhyanlinga Temple. This yogic practice taught me how to connect and surrender to the five elements within my body and in the environment around me.  Isha Pancha bhuta Kriya is practised in 5 steps. It starts with the Invocation, Yog Yog Yogeshwaraya chant 12 times, apply mud paste on the Agnya chakra, Pit of the throat, Heat chakra, around the Navel, on the palms and on the soles, practice Simha Kriya one time, ends with Invocation.

After the online program completion, you need to complete 40 days of mandala practice (twice a day) of Isha Pancha Bhuta Kriya.  I needed readymade earth for this Isha Pancha Bhuta Kriya’s 40 days mandala practice. How To Use Isha Thaai Mann?

Using Isha Thaai Mann is a non-messy way to practice Isha Pancha Bhuta Kriya. Take 1 tablespoon of mud in a ceramic bowl. Use water to make a fine paste.  Apply paste using a ring finger on the Agnya chakra, the pit of the throat, the heart chakra, around the navel and on the palms and soles. Let it dry for a few seconds. Do Isha Pancha Bhuta Kriya. It will be more beneficial to keep the mud on the body for at least 2 to 3 hours.  You can also apply the Bhoomi paste on the entire throat, entire forehead or on entire face.

The second way to use Thaai Mann is that it can be applied to the entire body and the yogic practice. Keep it for 2 to 3 hours. Take bath. Do not use soap. Do not use any cream, powder or deo after taking bath for the next 2-3 hours.  Let the body breathe naturally. In this way, sadhana can be done one day between Poornima-Amavasya and one day between Amavasya-Poornima, which means once in 15 days.

I experienced a deep transformation within me after completing the Isha Inner Engineering Online Course – Part 1, Isha Inner Engineering Completion online Isha shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya initiation program, Isha Pancha Bhuta Kriya online initiation program on Mahashivratri and 4 days Isha hatha yoga Surya Kriya offline program. I do Isha Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya practice twice a day, Isha Pancha Bhuta Kriya and Surya Kriya once in a day (early morning). To get support in the daily sadhana and for steady progress, Sadguruji suggests taking the help of the consecrated tools which are designed and consecrated by him. Every day, I apply Thaai Mann on the Agnya chakra, pit of the throat, heart chakra, around the navel, palms and soles. I practice Pancha Bhuta kriya, meditation, Surya Kriya and Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.  It takes two and half hours to complete all these yogic practices.  The Thaai Mann stays on the body till the completion of this yogic process.  After finishing practice I wash my palms and soles. The mud paste remains on the chakras throughout the day. I do reapplication of Bhoomi on the chakras in the evening during Sambahvi Mahamudra practice. Thaai Mann stays on the chakras until the next morning.  I have not experienced any negative effects of Thaai Mann like skin irritation, itching, rashes or swelling on my skin.  It is a 100% natural mix and does not have any side effects.  

I feel pleasant throughout the practice because of its positive fragrance. After applying Thaai Mann I experience spandan on my chakras, palms and soles. As a woman I have excess body heat issues, this mud paste helps to cool down my system.  This brings peace and balance to the system. I continually work on my mobile and laptop and watch TV, so I feel the heat coming out of my eyes always. After applying mud paste to the soles it instantly cools down my eyes and that gives instant relief.
