I ordered Sole Head wedges and flat sandals through online shopping from Amazon. It was ordered in November 2020 using pay on delivery option. For Sole Head sandals, I paid an Amazon price of Rs.810/- including tax and free shipping charge. The MRP of the Sole Head wedges is Rs.1,799/-. The flat sandals were delivered within 7 days in good condition and in good packaging. Sole Head flat sandals did not have any defect or damage. The Seller delivered the colour and size precisely as per my order.

In this Amazon footwear review of Sole Head flat sandals, I want to state that the package was delivered within 7 days of order, in good packaging and in good condition by Amazon. This product appeared not to have any manufacturing defect or damage.
I received sandals in the exact style, pattern and size as per order. My foot length is 9 inches, so according to the Sole Head size chart 9.05 inches = 36 EU size. so, accordingly, I ordered 36-size footwear. But the fit was too tight for my foot. The Sole head sandals are not true to their size. I should have ordered 37-sized sandals. So, if you wish to order then order one size bigger. Also, it was noticed that the multicoloured striped pattern was stylish, sandals looked beautiful but overall the footwear looked like it was from old stock. There was no fresh material look on the sandals. For the given price of Rs.810/-, the Sandals seemed dull and unattractive. I was not happy with its overall look and also, fitting was too tight. So, I had to return it. The return request was approved immediately by Amazon, the footwear was collected the next day and my refund was issued within a day in my online bank account. The Seller had provided a replacement option in case of fitting issues but because of its dull look, I decided to return it. This was my first online purchase of ladies footwear from Amazon. I am disappointed with the Sole Head’s service but happy with the Amazon service because my return and refund process happened very smoothly.
