Look for the front side with pink lines on the waistband. Also, on the panty ‘Front’ and ‘Back’ words are printed for easy wearing. Wear it like a normal panty. Do not wear another panty on this. You can wear a period panty maximum of 12 hours. After use for removal, either take it off directly or the easy way is to tear it off from the sides like a diaper. Use the panty wrapper to wrap it properly and dispose of it in the dustbin. Do not flush period panty into the toilet.
