It was delivered within 8 days of the order. I received a brand new brush in good packaging and good condition without any damages or defects. After unboxing, I noticed that the Brush was packed separately and the rod was separate. I had to assemble the brush onto the handle head. It was easy to fit the brush on the handle by rotating it clockwise.
